Education 21st Century Investor Education Center - A great site offering many services. The best part for me were the free courses (worth $5,000 each) on technical analysis, trading options and trading futures. All of which come with multiple quizzes throughout. Big Trends - Another site full of goodies to chew on. He also offers an advisory service for options and stock strategies. Schaeffers - Primarily options, but neverless offers a lot of free education including an interactive CD. He also provides an advisory service. Advisory Services John Person's - John Person offers an advisory service which concentrates on a basket of diverse commodities futures and options. He has over 27 years experience and has taught me quite a lot on commodities. Gold and Energy Advisor - As the name suggests, James DiGeorgia advises on Gold and Energy stock and option strategies. Apart from making a killing on Oil and Energy as part of his longer term investing, he provides good short term opportunities. He also is extremely bullish on Gold. Brokerages CMC Group - This is where I started trading highly leveraged products. They offer CFD's and Forex. Recently they introduced some commodities and treasuries to add to their popular commission free indeces. Their Forex also includes spot metals. Their charts are reasonable but extremely flexible. Man Financial - Offering much the same but with more CFD's, They also offer Futures. Unlike CMC, their quotes are direct with the market. Options Xpress - A grerat way to trade US options and stocks even if you live outside the US. They provide a good charting service as well as demo trading. Free
Charts Pro Real Time - Offer free end of day charting for a large global range. They also offer intraday for a fee. Prophet Javacharts - Free interactive java charts for US markets. Trading Psychology Direct Your Mind - A piece of software called Trading Mind which I have found to be invaluable. It uses relaxation techniques to get you into the right minset for trading. Financial Literacy Rich Dad - A wealth of information on wealth creation....

The Bounce Is Aging, But The Depression Is Young

The following is an excerpt from Robert Prechter's Elliott Wave Theorist. Elliott Wave International is currently offering Bob's recent Elliott Wave Theorist, free.
On February 23, EWT called for the S&P to bottom in the 600s and then begin a sharp rally, the biggest since the 2007 high. The S&P bottomed at 667 on March 6. Then the stock market and commodities went almost straight up for three months as the dollar fell.
On March 18, Treasury bonds had their biggest up day ever, thanks to the Fed’s initiating its T-bond buying program. The next day, EWT reiterated our bearish stance on Treasury bonds. T-bond futures declined relentlessly from the previous day’s high at 130-15 to a low of 111-21 on June 11.
That’s when there were indications of impending trend changes. The June 11 issue called for interim tops in stocks, metals and oil and a temporary bottom in the dollar. The Dow topped that day and fell nearly 800 points; silver reversed and fell from $16 to $12.45; gold slid about $90; and oil, which had just doubled, reversed and fell from $73.38 to $58.32. The dollar simultaneously rallied and traced out a triangle for wave 4. Bonds bounced as well. As far as I can tell, our scenarios at all degrees are all on track.
